The rules of our engagement.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Trinova ("Company," "we," or "us") and any individual or entity ("Client" or "you") accessing our website or utilizing our Integrated Growth System™.

1. Professional Services & Scope

Trinova provides digital marketing, automated lead management, and strategic consulting services specifically designed for the aesthetic and medical spa industry. By using this site, you acknowledge that our services are intended for business owners and that no "guaranteed" financial outcome is implied beyond the scope of our specific service agreements.

2. No Medical Advice

Trinova is a marketing and growth agency. We do not provide medical advice, clinical training, or healthcare consultations. The Client (The Medspa) is solely responsible for the clinical accuracy of their offers and for ensuring that all medical procedures are performed by qualified professionals according to local regulations.

3. Intellectual Property: The Integrated Growth System™

The strategies, automation workflows, CRM configurations, and proprietary "Conversion Circuits" developed by Trinova are the exclusive intellectual property of Trinova.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these systems during the term of our engagement.

Any unauthorized reproduction or "white-labeling" of our proprietary systems is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Trinova facilitates lead generation and automated follow-up. We are not responsible for:

  • The conduct of leads or patients generated through our systems.
  • Revenue loss due to the Client’s failure to fulfill appointments.
  • Technical outages on third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, GoHighLevel).

In no event shall Trinova’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the Client to the Company during the 30 days preceding the claim.

5. Client Responsibilities

For the "Integrated Growth System™" to function, the Client must provide timely access to necessary assets (logos, images, credentials). Success is a "partnership" effort; Trinova provides the engine, but the Client must provide the fuel (clinical excellence and in-office lead handling).

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
